Boost your mental health with Shift. Designed especially for doctors in training, Shift is a free, easy-to-use app which builds and maintains your mental health and well-being while helping you to manage the demands of your profession.
Provided by the Black Dog Institute, Shift delivers essential mental health and well-being skills across a range of topics, including: depression, anxiety, burnout, shift work, sleep, diet and exercise, exams and interviews, and bullying. Shift also has an inbuilt tracker to lodge your daily mood, exercise, work, and sleep patterns.
